All sales are final. The Siege & Stone 3D Kit is a digital download delivered in full, so there are no refunds.
Why
When you buy, you receive the whole Kit at once: every file, the skill, the toolkit, the sounds and the guide. A download can't be returned, so we can't offer refunds. Please read the requirements before buying: you need a Windows PC with a graphics card or a Mac, a paid Claude plan with Claude Code, and your own script and voiceover.
Broken or incomplete downloads
If your download is broken, incomplete or won't open, write to us and you will get a working copy. Tell us your order email and what went wrong.
Not arrived?
Your personal copy is sent by email within 24 hours of your purchase. If it hasn't arrived by then, check your spam folder first, then write to us.
